SHIPPING GUIDELINES
How to pack, ship, and receive cards on BoBA Market. Requirements for sellers, expectations for buyers.
A. Shipping Speed Requirements
Sellers must ship within 48 hours of a confirmed sale.

- πTracking uploaded within 48 hours of shipment. Enter tracking in your seller dashboard.
- β οΈConsequences: Each late shipment counts as a violation. 3 violations in 90 days triggers a suspension review.

β οΈ Important: Sellers who skip tracking for orders $20+ waive their non-delivery dispute protection. If a buyer claims non-receipt and you lack tracking, you will be liable for a full refund.
C. Packaging Standards
Minimum
Penny sleeve + top loader + team bag
The baseline for all card shipments. Every card must be sleeved and toploaded.
Recommended
Cardboard backing, bubble wrap, rigid mailer
Adds drop protection. Use a rigid mailer (cardboard or poly with cardboard insert).
Graded Cards
Original slab + bubble wrap + rigid box
Slabs must be in original case, wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a rigid box.
Sealed Product
Original packaging + outer box with padding
Keep sealed product in original packaging. Place in outer box with padding to prevent shifting.
NEVER Acceptable
Plain envelope, tape directly on card, loose in box
These will result in shipping violations and lost dispute protection.

E. Buyer Expectations

F. Damaged in Transit
Seller Responsibility
If a card arrives damaged and the seller used inadequate packaging, the seller is responsible for the full refund. "The carrier did it" is not a valid defense.
Insurance Claim Process
If the seller purchased shipping insurance, they should file a claim with the carrier. BoBA Market can provide documentation if needed. Refunds to the buyer are not contingent on insurance payouts.
How to File a Dispute
Open a dispute within 7 days of delivery through your purchase dashboard. Include photos of the packaging and the card. Our team will investigate within 5 business days.
G. Shipping Violations & Appeals
What Counts as a Violation
- Shipment sent after the 48-hour window
- No tracking provided for orders $20+
- Inadequate packaging (card damaged due to poor packaging)
- Wrong card shipped (buyer filed dispute and was upheld)
Suspension Threshold
3 violations in a rolling 90-day period triggers a suspension review. Each violation has a 90-day expiration from the date issued.
How to Appeal
Submit your appeal to james@particulatellc.com within 30 days. Include all relevant evidence. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
